Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Support licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans and interventions.
• Assist in documenting patient progress and related clinical activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and credentialing requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Ability to pass and provide proof of required background checks and screenings.
• Eligibility to work in the United States with appropriate documentation.
• Must complete pre-screening, license verification, and submit all required documentation for credentialing.
• Covid testing within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours before start.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
• Prior experience with occupational therapy assistive roles is a plus.
• Recent graduate candidates are encouraged to apply.
