Job Title
• Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Location
• Asheville, NC

Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Midshift (2:00 PM – 12:30 AM), approximately 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-ray and fluoroscopic exams, using various radiology equipment.
• Work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced hospital environment to meet patient care needs.
• Ensure proper operation and safety of imaging equipment, adhering to protocols.
• Document procedures accurately within the electronic medical record system.
• Assist in trauma and surgical imaging as required.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment following unit policies.

Required Qualifications
• ARRT(R) certification in Radiography or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of radiology experience.
• Proficiency with GE, Siemens, and Shiatzu imaging equipment.
• Ability to perform all diagnostic radiology procedures, including portable and OR imaging.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to rotate to weekends and participate in on-call rotations.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with fluoroscopic procedures.
• Cardiac, trauma, or emergency department imaging experience.
• Knowledge of Cerner Rad Net EMR.
