Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services primarily in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health settings (approximate split of 80/20).
• Supervise one PTA while working under the oversight of a primary PT for Home Health cases.
• Utilize therapy software including Net Health for SNF and HCHB for Home Health.
• Meet productivity expectations of 80% in SNF and 95% in Home Health.
• Collaborate with onsite therapy supervisor to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain flexible scheduling, with shifts typically Monday through Friday, with potential to shift to Saturday-Thursday or Tuesday-Sunday.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to supervise therapy assistants.
• Experience with therapy software such as Net Health and HCHB is preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in SNF and Home Health settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Good Samaritan locality: Local rates apply within 80 miles or when using GSS housing, with a reduction applied accordingly.
• No on-call or callback responsibilities, and no billable on-call hours.
