Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound and echocardiogram procedures on a diverse patient population, including pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Utilize advanced ultrasound equipment to capture detailed images and assist with procedures such as biopsies and drainages.
• Recognize normal versus abnormal findings by applying knowledge of anatomy and pathology.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and maintain accurate documentation within EMR and PACS systems.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostic results.

Required Qualifications

• RDMS certification and BLS certification.
• NH MIRT licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience.
• Knowledge of ultrasound physics, anatomy, and pathology.
• Basic proficiency with Siemens Acuson S200 and GE Logiq E10 ultrasound systems.
• Experience with general, vascular, OB-GYN, and intraoperative ultrasound procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Additional certifications such as RVT, OB-GYN, or AB.
• Experience in intraoperative ultrasound and procedures like breast needle placements, carotids, D&Cs, and prostate biopsies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hospital or acute care environment with a positive professional track record.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
