- Day shifts, full-time, travel/contract position
Key Responsibilities
- Provide intensive care nursing to critically ill patients in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Monitor patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of California
- ACLS certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience (1st-time ICU nurses accepted)
- Ability to work every other weekend
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic charting system
- Trauma unit experience (Trauma III preferred)
- Flexibility to float between similar units if needed
