Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform necessary treatments per clinicians' orders.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic health records system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active California RN license (pending license accepted).
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience preferred; first-timers accepted.
• Ability to work night shifts and a flexible schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
