Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shift

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the operating room setting.
• Assist with various surgical procedures, including robotics, neuro, spine, head and neck, and large case surgeries.
• Float across all ORs as needed, maintaining flexibility and support for different surgical teams.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols relevant to a NICOTINE-FREE facility.
• Participate in on-call shifts, up to 6 per 13-week contract, including being available for emergency or urgent cases.
• Complete required orientation and maintain certifications to uphold staffing standards.

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in Kansas or a Compact state.
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Familiarity with DaVinci robotic procedures and complex cases (neuro, spine, head and neck).
• Scrubbing experience in surgical settings.
• BLS certification required.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Trauma, Gynecology, Urology, or Plastics.
• Prior experience with large head and neck, neuro spine, or ex lap cases is advantageous.
