Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a rehabilitation and GERI setting
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication disorders
- Collaborate with healthcare team to support patient progress
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning
Required Qualifications
- Valid Colorado state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 1 year recent SPLP experience in a Rehab/GERI environment
- Ability to work full-time hours (40/week) during scheduled shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
