Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in a Rehabilitation and Geriatric (REHI/GERI) setting.
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring speech and language therapy.
- Document patient progress and communicate treatment outcomes with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines relevant to clinical practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Hawaii PT license.
- At least 1 year of recent Speech Language Pathologist experience in a Rehab/GERI setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with elderly populations.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Additional Details
- Hours per week: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements.
- No floating schedules needed.
