Job Title

- Contract, Night shifts, 36 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
- Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity, providing flexible care across departments.
- Deliver patient care in the East Tower, including General Surgery, Trauma, Vascular, Wound, and Plastics units.
- Manage patient loads with estimated ratios of 1 nurse to 4-5 patients.
- Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
- No on-call duties required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and intermediate nursing skills.
- Prior experience with Epic electronic medical record system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
- Ability to adapt to float assignments across various departments.
