Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, Travel assignment, 13-week duration
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute care nursing services to patients in the IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams during night shifts
- Document patient information accurately in Meditech electronic health record system
- Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and dress code policies
- Respond to urgent patient needs and facilitate appropriate interventions
- Comply with floating and attendance policies as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license (permanent license required; temporary licenses are not accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital nursing experience
- At least 2 years of experience in PCU or Stepdown units
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
- Experience with Meditech documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with Meditech electronic health records
- Previous work in PCU or Stepdown units
- Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital policies and procedures
