• Travel, Day shift, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to acute care and inpatient rehab patients, focusing on functional mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assess patient conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapy procedures including gait training, equipment use, and wound vac management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to unit policies.
• Utilize EMR system (Meditech) for documentation and patient progress tracking.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts and adjust schedules based on patient needs and volume.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute care experience
• Available to work rotating weekends (2 days per month)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience highly preferred
• Wound vac management experience a plus
