Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve health, rehabilitation, and range of motion goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate records using the designated EMR system.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of experience in other settings.
• Completion of three HealthStream Modules prior to assignment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Rhode Island.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or healthcare clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
