Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing and delivering therapy plans.
• Support patients in developing and recovering skills necessary for daily living and working.
• Help monitor patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients during therapy sessions.
• Document patient sessions and progress in accordance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Certified or licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).
• Prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient or hospital therapy settings.
• Knowledge of specific therapy techniques or specialties.
