Job Title
• Tech - Medical Equipment
Location
• Canton, GA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week assignment, Days shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities
• Reprocess surgical instruments, ensuring proper sterilization and handling
• Maintain and troubleshoot medical equipment as needed
• Adhere to facility procedures and safety standards
• Work efficiently within a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Support surgical teams by preparing and managing sterile instruments
Required Qualifications
• HSPA Certification (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical equipment or surgical instrument reprocessing
• Ability to work in a scrub environment with dark blue scrubs (facility provides)
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
• Flexibility to work major and minor holidays as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization procedures
