- Full-time, Night shifts (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), 3x12
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical unit
- Monitor patient health status and record observations
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly
Required Qualifications
- Kansas state or compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience; 2 years preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Strong patient assessment and communication skills
