Key Responsibilities

• Provide circulating and scrubbed nursing care in the operating room setting.
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, including trauma, ortho, URO, oncology, neuro, plastics, and ENT surgeries.
• Support surgical teams by maintaining sterile environments and managing patient safety.
• Be flexible to work weekends, call shifts, and 2 out of 4 major holidays.
• Adapt to rotating day/evening schedules as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current OR nursing experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Prior travel nursing experience required.
• Experience working in a Level I trauma center.
• Recent EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience within the past 2 years.
• Ability to circulate and scrub in surgical procedures; both skill checklists required.
• Strong background in general surgery and specialized procedures such as robotics, neuro, and trauma.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Da Vinci Robotics.
• Knowledge of orthopedic, urology, oncology, and plastics surgeries.
• Familiarity with large trauma environment.

Additional Information

• Assignment start date: December 15, for approximately 16-32 weeks.
• Bi-weekly orientations, next scheduled for December 29.
• Reliable transportation required; public transit is not available.
• Vehicles with all-season or snow tires recommended from November to April.
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained, and complete work history is required for application.
• Travel rate options vary based on distance and mode of accommodation.
• No block schedules; shifts are rotating from Monday to Sunday.
