- Full-time, Days shifts, 13 or 26-week assignment (clinician's choice)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in interventional radiology and special procedures within an acute hospital setting.
- Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, including on-call responsibilities, with availability one day per week and one weekend per month.
- Float within scope to related units such as electrophysiology (EP) or interventional radiology (IR) as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to documentation standards using Epic electronic health records.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Alaska RN license in hand (pending license considered with license in hand for auto-offer).
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Ability to work scheduled on-call duties, including weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in IR or special procedures preferred.
- Ability to float within scope to related specialties such as EP or IRO.
- Strong adaptability to a fast-paced hospital environment.
