Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in a home care setting.
• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team.
• Support patient recovery and maintain safety standards during therapy sessions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe environment for therapy activities.
• Adhere to all facility protocols and compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license active in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Willingness to provide care in a home care environment.
• Open to first-time candidates with relevant certification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in home health or home care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems such as EPIC.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
