Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to hospital patients in an acute care setting
• Assess patient conditions and develop treatment plans in collaboration with medical staff
• Administer respiratory treatments, therapies, and ventilator management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Document care activities accurately using electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Valid CA license for Respiratory Therapy
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CRTT or RRT required
• Ability to work night shift; no on-call requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in an acute care hospital environment
• Comfort with electronic health record systems, preferably Epic
• Strong patient assessment and communication skills
