Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting within the ICU.
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients, adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Document patient information accurately using hospital electronic charting systems.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergent situations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of California.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
- Ability to work night shifts.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Experience with Epic charting system.
- Comfortable floating between like units as needed.
