Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Provide rehabilitative services to patients with various physical conditions
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout therapy sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
- CPR certification (if required by local regulations)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience assisting in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
- Familiarity with diverse physical therapy techniques and equipment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
