Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and independence.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily functioning.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Experience working in a facility environment with adult patient populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in multiple facility settings or with diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
