Full-time, night shift (3-12 hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry environment.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to acute changes.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in electronic health records.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards during all clinical activities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 18 months recent and permanent experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
- Valid Ohio license or license from a compact state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Successful ECG rhythm recognition assessment.
- Ability to pass safeMedicate medication safety assessment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital setting at a reputable healthcare facility.
- Knowledge of hospital electronic health record systems.
