Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location: Rock Springs, WY
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, day shifts, 12-hour shifts (days or nights), some weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform EKGs, vent management, and assist with intubation/extubation procedures.
- Set up and maintain CPAP/BIPAP equipment.
- Obtain and analyze ABGs/VBGs across a wide patient age range, from neonates to geriatrics.
- Operate equipment such as Quadramed HER, BCMA, T system, Puritan Vents, V60 CPAP.
- Follow unit-specific protocols and procedures to support patient care.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
- Valid ARRT and CRT licensures.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (willing to allow candidates to obtain PALS/NRP after hire).
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with computerized charting systems such as Quadramed HER and BCMA.
- Familiarity with vent management and neonatal to geriatric respiratory procedures.
