Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic evaluations for students enrolled in school programs.
• Provide in-service training on clinical issues to program staff.
• Collaborate with families of enrolled students regarding testing and treatment.
• Design and implement individual and group behavior management plans.
• Provide crisis intervention within classroom settings.
• Offer ongoing behavioral support and consultation to program staff.
• Participate as part of the interdisciplinary evaluation team and contribute to student planning.
• Act as liaison between mental health professionals and program staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop or adapt measurement instruments for student assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on student progress, observations, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate and current student records and document service delivery.
• Assist in screening and evaluating students for placement decisions.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to undergraduate and graduate students as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and C.A.G.S. from a NASP-approved program in school psychology or equivalent.
• Massachusetts DESE Certification as a School Psychologist.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a school psychologist.
• Or Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensure appropriate to clinical discipline.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience participating in interdisciplinary evaluation teams.
• Ability to develop behavioral management strategies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and staff.
• Experience working with diverse student populations.
