Key Responsibilities
- Perform computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures on outpatient and hospital patients under the supervision of a Radiologist.
- Ensure protocols are followed to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Safely operate CT equipment and maintain image quality standards.
- Assist in patient positioning, preparation, and comfort during imaging.
- Follow established safety and infection control protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an Accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
- State of Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Certification as an ARRT-CT or equivalent in computed tomography.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Less than 1 year of imaging experience.
- Knowledge of advanced imaging procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency/outpatient setting.
