Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rehab and geriatric setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and mobility.
• Follow all facility policies and professional standards to ensure quality care.
• Maintain current licensure and stay updated on best practices in physical therapy.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience working in a rehab/geriatrics environment.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Additional certifications in therapy techniques or specialties is a plus.
