Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Cleveland, OH
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical and telehealth patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and document observations accurately.
• Recognize and respond to patient emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain detailed patient records.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments.
• At least 18 months of recent MS/Tele experience, including travel experience.
• Current Ohio or compact state nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Ability to work at least every other holiday.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation with acceptable scores.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a hospital environment at a reputable healthcare facility.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
