Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients based on their individualized treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment strategies, and modify interventions as necessary.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy exercises and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
