Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, nights, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
• Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed
• Cover scheduled night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including some weekends and holidays
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient assessments
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing role
• Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Proficient in IV initiation and telemetry monitoring
• Experience with electronic health records systems, preferably EPIC
• Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:4-5
