Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in a busy Level I trauma center.
• Assist in surgical procedures across multiple specialties including Trauma, Transplant, Orthopedics, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics.
• Scrub and circulate during surgeries, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, nurse-driven environment.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Be available for on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Required Qualifications
• Valid State of South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Radiation Badge (to be provided by agency).
• Minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work on-call shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous scrub experience preferred.
• Experience in a Level I trauma setting advantageous.
• Flexibility to float within scope between units or sister facilities, if needed.
