Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, days, 40 hours/week, with rotating call shifts including weekends and holidays as per staffing needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients within the operating room setting
- Float to other healthcare facilities as needed to meet OR staffing requirements
- Participate in rotating call schedule, which includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays, based on patient census and staffing demands
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards, including active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Collaborate with surgical team members to deliver high-quality patient care during procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of 3 years of recent/current OR nursing experience
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with robotic surgery, neuro, and orthopedic procedures
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols and perioperative care standards
