Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care in a Long Term Care (LTC) environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
• Utilize health information systems such as HealthLand EMR and OmniCell for documentation and medication delivery.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Follow unit-specific policies, including dress code and safety protocols, and participate in orientation and ongoing training.
• Maintain accurate patient records, assist with procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Required Qualifications
• Oregon RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Completion of ADN; BSN preferred
• Experience with HealthLand EMR and OmniCell medication systems is a plus
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing facilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of patient acuity assessment tools for staffing and care planning
