Job Title
- Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Location
- Florence, SC
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days, 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM), includes holiday rotation; every other weekend required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced respiratory care to patients within the hospital setting
- Float within scope to all hospital areas, including labor and delivery if needed
- Manage and operate ventilators, administer treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support as required
Required Qualifications
- South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license in hand before start
- NBRC RRT certification, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications all in hand before start
- Minimum of 2 years of recent critical care experience
- Must be able to float within hospital departments, including labor and delivery if necessary
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a critical care environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
