Job Title
• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
• Train and mentor current staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Float between Medical/Surgical Telemetry units as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support patient needs outside regular hours.
Required Qualifications
• Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units preferred.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg Tele units as required.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and be on call.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience with patient care in high-acuity units.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
