- Full-time, Night shift (3X12s from 7 PM to 7:30 AM), rotating weekends, on-call required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures with professionalism and care.
- Explain procedures clearly to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.
- Produce diagnostic images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
- Adhere to all safety and radiation protocols, including proper badge usage.
- Float within scope to meet department needs, including coverage of like units.
- Maintain accurate documentation and proper equipment usage.
Required Qualifications
- Active registration in Radiography (ARRT-R) and Computed Tomography (ARRT-C).
- Certification in BLS and ACLS.
- 2+ years of applicable experience, including trauma, emergency, pediatrics, or orthopedic exams preferred.
- Radiation badge (agency supplied); must be in compliance with radiation safety standards.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends every third week, and be on-call as required.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Siemens CT equipment.
- Proficiency with Epic and PACS systems.
- Previous work in trauma or Level I trauma hospital settings.
