Key Responsibilities

• Scrub, monitor, and circulate during cardiovascular and neuro procedures, including high-risk coronary interventions and STEMI cases.
• Assist with a variety of catheterization lab cases, supporting cardiologists and neuro-interventional teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and equipment standards during procedures.
• Participate in on-call duties, responding within 30 minutes, including weekends and holidays.
• Assist with neuro and EP procedures as assigned, with flexibility to float between units if needed.
• Follow department-specific dress code and orientation requirements.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of cath lab experience, including high-risk coronary interventions and STEMI scrubbing.
• Active IL license or confirmation of application submission.
• ARRT RT-R certification.
• Ability to scrub and circulate STEMI cases and willingness to learn neuro monitoring and circulating.
• Familiarity with Epic and McKesson EMR systems.
• Must be able to produce a negative drug screen and understand OSF's Drug-Free Campus policy.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro-interventional procedures and EP.
• Ability to float to EP/IR units if necessary.
• Strong knowledge of high-risk coronary and neuro patient care.
