Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to high-risk obstetric and gynecological patients in a fetal diagnostics department.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and documentation using the Epic EMR system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including clinical care coordinators and MOAs to ensure quality patient care.
• Support diagnostic procedures, including fetal monitoring and consultations.
• Adhere to departmental protocols and maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Document patient interactions and procedures accurately, ensuring compliance with clinical policies.

Required Qualifications
• Active Illinois RN license or verification that licensure process has been initiated.
• BLS certification.
• External fetal monitoring (EFM) training.
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts beginning at 0730 or 0800.
• Understanding of high-risk pregnancy conditions and related diagnoses.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in a maternal-fetal diagnostics or high-risk obstetrics setting.
• Knowledge of fetal anomalies, cardiac care, genetic or blood disorders, and related conditions.
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical environment caring for high-risk pregnancies.
