Full-time, nights, 3x12s, 7 p.m. – 7 a.m., rotation includes every other weekend
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown unit within a busy acute care hospital
- Monitor and manage patients with complex healthcare needs, ensuring safety and quality of care
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for documentation and order entry
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across similar units or facilities, if required
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain compliance with hospital policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
- SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Epic EMR experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NIHSS certification
- Patient ratio experience of 1:4
- Experience working in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units
