Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days, Outpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation

Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech therapy services for pediatric patients with diagnoses such as sensory processing disorder, autism, and developmental delays.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 6 to 9 patients per day in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with preceptors during orientation and adhere to department protocols.
• Document patient progress using the Epic EMR system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and certification requirements, including BLS.

Required Qualifications
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license or confirmation of application process.
• BLS certification.
• Pediatric therapy experience.
• Ability to treat patients with sensory processing disorder, autism, fine motor delay, and developmental delay.
• Understanding of EMR documentation, specifically Epic.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient pediatric therapy experience.
• Knowledge of the OSF department policies, including call-off and orientation procedures.
