Key Responsibilities
• Perform clinical laboratory testing and analysis in various departments, including blood bank, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collect and process blood samples through phlebotomy, following proper procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and report test results in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to meet daily operational needs.
• May provide coverage during variable night shifts as required.

Required Qualifications
• Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), Medical Technologist (MT), or Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Phlebotomy training and proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of laboratory procedures.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Blood bank laboratory experience.
• Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules, including potential night shifts.
