Key Responsibilities
- Provide care to laboring, pre-term, and postpartum obstetric patients, as well as newborns
- Perform vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and neonatal resuscitation
- Utilize department equipment such as computerized charting systems, medication management platforms, IV pumps, and fetal monitoring devices
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC and Pyxis medication systems
- Support patient safety and comfort throughout the labor and delivery process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
- Proficiency in cervical exams and fetal monitor interpretation
- Active IN RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with neonatal resuscitation and use of GE Corometrich fetal monitors
- Familiarity with hospital medication systems such as Pyxis and Hospira IV pumps

Additional Details
- Orientation Schedule: Monday to Friday of the first week and Monday-Tuesday of the second week, with mandatory attendance for all days
- Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs
- No floating to other units or departments expected
