Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Days shift, 3x12-hour shifts with weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM. No call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate MRI equipment for inpatient and outpatient scans, primarily focused on pediatric patients.
• Perform MRI procedures using GE and Siemens 1.5T and 3T machines, ensuring high-quality imaging.
• Assist in imaging neonates, children, adults, and trauma/stroke patients with safety and precision.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain patient comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Radiologic Technologist through ARRT (must be ARRT, not ARMRIT).
• Minimum of previous MRI technologist experience, especially with pediatric patients.
• Proficiency in operating GE and Siemens MRI equipment, including 1.5T and 3T units.
• Strong competency in pediatric imaging, including neonates and trauma cases.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Children's Hospital.
• Ability to handle emergent situations involving stroke or trauma patients.
• Familiarity with performing pediatric MRI scans for all age groups.
