• Travel, Night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records.
• Support patient and family education to promote recovery and well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in rehab or med-surg units.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to handle complex patient needs.
• Proficiency with medical equipment such as IV pumps, specialty beds, and transfer aids.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rehabilitation hospital or akin setting.
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar documentation systems.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently during overnight shifts.
• Experience with dialysis procedures is a plus.
