Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for communication disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet individual patient needs.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient recovery objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Valid California State license or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
