Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat adult patients in an acute inpatient hospital setting.
• Manage and provide therapy for patients with dysphagia and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with medical team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ASHA standards.
Required Qualifications
• Valid HI State License as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification (or equivalent) in good standing.
• Experience working with adult patients in an acute hospital environment.
• Dysphagia management experience is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in inpatient hospital settings.
• Knowledge of current speech-language pathology best practices.
