Schedule / Job Type
- Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts, full-time, temporary
Key Responsibilities
- Start and manage IVs for patients
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatments
- Educate patients on their treatments and self-care procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans
- Use EPIC EMR for charting patient information and clinical documentation
- Float to lower acuity units as needed and follow hospital policies to ensure patient safety
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BCLS certification
- IV certification
- EPIC experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities
- Travel nursing experience a plus
