Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and administering treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and patient confidentiality.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring critical care intervention.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity setting such as ICU or PCU.
• CPR and ACLS certification.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
