Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts, Critical Care unit

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Utilize EPIC electronic charting and Pyxis medication dispensing system.
• Operate ventilators, BiPAP, and EV 100s to support patient respiratory needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient status closely and respond to emergencies as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of medical, surgical, or ICU nursing experience, with at least 1 year in ICU.
• Current Indiana or compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency with ICU equipment and electronic health records.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with ventilator management and critical care procedures.
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments within ICU units.
